Hello my itch followers!

I haven't been posting as often as I should over here. Sorry about that, I've just been so busy working between my full-time job and Serenity Chapter 2 - Episode 2. Today, I have updated Serenity Chapter 1 with all previous fixes plus a few more... and cleaned up some old files that were just taking up space. I have the usual PC, Mac, and Android downloads, and also compressed versions of those. There is NO difference between version 1.6 and 1.6c other than 1.6c is compressed. This means images and videos were reduced slightly in quality to make a smaller download size. The visual difference is almost negligible though. So, if you want to check out Serenity but don't want that larger download, grab the compressed version. Also, if you use an older Android device, definitely choose the 1.6c download because it is more likely to work without giving you issues about storage space.

There is no new content in this update, so if you've already completed Serenity Chapter 1, there is no need to download this (unless you want to play again with the better dialog controls).

This will be the last "fixes" update to Chapter 1. With me busy working on Chapter 2 plus Last Human, I need to focus all of my energy on those for now. However, sometime next Spring, I am planning to begin work on overhauling Serenity Chapter 1, mainly the first 8 days of content. A lot of story elements will be fixed/rewritten, and graphics will get a much-needed facelift. There will definitely be some slight changes when that is complete, but it will still be the same story. Taking what I have learned since I first started doing this into account, I'll be able to have it look the way I envisioned it when I wrote the story all those years ago. Plus replace all those goofy 'step-animations' with actual animations.

Meanwhile, enjoy a slightly better version of Serenity now. With a transparency slider and wider text box, it should be a lot easier to read while also allowing you to reveal more of the image at the bottom of the screen (something I'd always wanted to put in).
