Well Last Human fans, we're finally working on the next update. I'm sorry for the long wait... working on 2 games has its drawbacks, especially working solo on this stuff. But we're here now and it's time to get cracking.

First, I want to thank everyone who have started supporting by subscribing. After my wife was let go from her job, it's been rough. But every little bit helps, even if you just sub one month then cancel. Thank you for that, truly... very much appreciated. I know not everyone has the extra cash for something like a porn game from a small dev like me, so thank you again!

Last Human: Episode 5 should be a fun (and sexy) playthrough. We'll be spending some time with Alaina, and we'll learn that she isn't really what she seems to be. And then the one a lot of you have been waiting for... Queen Tessa. Yep, spending time with her also. I have some plans for that event that should be entertaining and fun. This episode is meant to be a fun one, nothing dramatic. So after spending time with the last two pets in your harem, the field of cat girls will open up, BIG time. No actual "boom boom" with any of them yet, but some pretty hot and funny scenes. I want to have the captain run into Mary in some way. I'm still rolling that around in my head, but I have a good idea how I will do that. (In case you don't remember, Mary is the little shy superfan girl who works with Chef Amanda and goes all wonky around the captain). I have several scenes planned like this. Some funny ones, some sexy ones, some both sexy and funny (hopefully).

Release dates and other stuff... You all know I don't do release dates anymore. At least, not until I actually have things done enough to do so. I normally just finish the update THEN post the release schedule. With that said, I always try to complete updates as soon as I can without giving up quality. If I do a full scene then later I don't like something about it, I will delete it all and rewrite it, re-render it, release date be damned. I want to put out good work. I don't like having to do a whole scene over again, but I've done it quite a few times and will do it again until I am happy with it. Sometimes it is hard to see how something will look and play out when you're making these things. So I am constantly test playing scenes to see how it flows, if the funny bits work, if the emotion is there, if it feels too fast or seems to drag on, etc. Its always been my goal to have people actually want to read my story, and not just skip to the NSFW bits. Anyway, this is a lot of the reason my updates can take some time (outside of waiting for me to finish working on the other game). Even if I'm not giving out release date expectations, I'll try to keep you guys updated with these devlogs as always, so you at least have some idea what's going on... and that I am actually active and working on it.

What's done so far? Nothing. Haha kidding! Seriously though... I've already coded about 25% because I had a pretty good idea of what I was going to write for this episode already. I have a fairly reasonable outline for the rest also. I expect that after around a week (2 weeks at most) I'll have coding done and start on rendering scenes and animations. I have just a few new locations to prep which takes a bit of time, but nothing that should be too time consuming.

Well, that's it for now. All that's left is the work and I've already started on it. For the next special render set, Kalina was the girl mentioned to me most in messages and comments. So, I'll have that out very shortly for patrons in the $5 tiers and above. My render sets can be anywhere from 10 to 20 images, depending on my mood at the time and what I'm doing with it. It's a decent pack with both NSFW and SFW renders so that you can use them as wallpapers on your devices. And if you happen to be in my Fade Crown or Dream Angel tiers, you can request renders from these sets redone to fit certain size screens (depending on device) and possibly even request the scene with a different character. Just message me if you're in one of those tiers and we'll discuss it ;)
